The most patient and caring staff around! I just left with my dog Maximus and let's just say he's a... handful (understatement) but it never phased and hasn't phased any of them in the past! Thank you all at Shenandoah animal hospital (Woodstock office)read more

Everyone was really friendly! The tech and the vet both took the time to answer my 5 year olds... questions. They were gentle with my animals and did their best to make it a low stress visit. My 16 year old cat didn't even start salivating like she usually does when the vet handles her. Dr. Germroth went over potential side effects for the vaccines and made sure she'd covered all our questions/ concerns before she said goodbye.read more

We called this vet after our vet consistently kept dropping the ball on our dogs ear problem. They... actually examined our dogs ear, did an analysis of the build up in her ear and determined she had two types of bacteria in her ear and prescribed a strong steroid and medicated Met wash. Within ONE day of receiving this medication and this medicated wash for her ear, she was no longer whimpering and the build up in her ear has almost subsided completely. I am so thankful my boyfriend convinced me to try another vetenarian, otherwise my dog would still be suffering. We will be using this vet for now on for all of our animals. I am so thankful for the Shenandoah Animal Hospital that actually took time to examine my dog and diagnose the problem.read more

I cannot say enough about Dr. Truban. We recently lost our English Bulldog “Pooter” and our pug... “Ro Ro”. The care and compassion he shows is incomparable. The phone call after Pooter passed meant a lot to myself and my husband. I wondered whether I made the right decision that weekend, but Dr. Truban reassured me that I did as heartbreaking as it was. Thank you Dr. Truban for always taking great care of our animals. Tony, Leigh Ann and Bobread more

Kind vet who takes her time and tells it straight. They don't try and get you to spend a lot, and... actually most things our cats have needed have been included in the price of the visit. They also sell special foods and what not cheaper than the price on amazon, although you have to call first so they can get it brought over from their main office.read more
